Originally from Germany, I have been teaching and studying yoga for over 20 years. With over 1,700 hours of formal training, I have a strong foundation in both classical yoga teachings and innovative therapeutic techniques. I am certified as a Yoga Therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and by the Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy.
I was also trained and certified as a Stress Management Educator, a Shiatsu and a Reiki II Practitioner.
Personally and in my work I draw inspiration from the richness of the yogic traditions, Western Psychology, the latest understanding of modern Neuroscience and the work of Dr. Gabor Mate.
