Originally from Germany, I have been teaching and studying yoga for 20 years. With over 1,700 hours of formal training, I have a strong foundation in both classical yoga teachings and innovative therapeutic techniques. I am certified as a Yoga Therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and by the Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy.
I was trained and certified as a Stress Management Educator, a Shiatsu and a Reiki II Practitioner.
Personally I draw inspiration from the yogic tradition, Buddhist and Western Psychology as well as the latest understanding of modern Neuroscience.
In my work I offer a unique blend of the various branches of yoga, hands-on-body and energy work to empower my students to move towards greater resilience and health.
